Rainbow-Wolf Sabin, LSW (they/them) | Licensed Therapist
Rainbow-Wolf’s (they/them) approach to therapy involves a variety of psychotherapeutic and holistic modalities ranging from mindfulness and emotional freedom technique (EFT aka tapping) to positive psychology and cognitive behavioral therapy, among others. Rainbow-Wolf believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, so they tailor each session to your specific preferences and needs. Rainbow-Wolf is specialized in supporting individuals in how to navigate and resolve chronic stress, anxiety, and depression as well as life transitions and relationship issues.
Rainbow-Wolf is a licensed social worker. They obtained their Master of Social Work and Graduate Certificate in Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
Lucas Dangler, MS, LMFT (he/they) | Licensed Therapist
Lucas (he/they) is a licensed therapist who specializes in helping clients heal from trauma, loss, depression, and anxiety along with life transitions and difficult relationships. Using a combination of modalities ranging from mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy to EMDR, a leading technique for trauma healing. Lucas’s approach to therapy is to engage with clients in a collaborative manner that promotes positive change to the client’s thinking, behavior, and self-resourcing abilities.
Before receiving his M.S. in Mental Health Counseling from University of Massachusetts Boston, Lucas received his B.A.&Sc. in Cognitive Science with concentrations in Neuroscience and Linguistics from McGill University. Lucas is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania and California.
Jesse Braff, MS, LAPC (he/him) | Licensed Associate Therapist
Jesse (he/him) is passionate about supporting clients through life’s ups and downs by creating a welcoming, judgment-free space for you to safely explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, both past and present. He helps clients to set clear goals early on so that sessions feel focused and meaningful. Jesse brings compassion, active listening, and personalized tools to every session, working to meet your unique needs.
Jesse has experience supporting people facing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and substance abuse. His approach to therapy centers around teaching practical coping skills and helping clients explore and make sense of unwanted thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Jesse also enjoys using music and art to encourage self-expression and deepen self-understanding, when appropriate. He believes growth happens both inside and outside of therapy and supports clients in applying what they learn in therapy in their everyday lives to build confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
